Join MNP as a Senior Accountant focusing on assurance and accounting services. This full-time on-site role includes a blend of audits, tax work, and client financial reporting.

MNP is looking for a talented Senior Accountant with 2 to 4 years of relevant public accounting experience. You will set up files for new clients, manage multiple engagements, and prepare detailed financial reports.

Your role also involves guiding junior staff and identifying business development opportunities, while fostering effective client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead audit and tax engagements while ensuring compliance

• Establish client files and conduct inventory counts

• Summarize financial statuses through detailed reports

• Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies

• Coach junior team members while managing client expectations

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of public accounting background

• Expertise in GAAP, SEC, and IFRS

• Familiarity with accounting and tax software

• Good understanding of business and practice development

• Willingness to travel when needed
