Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate job cost reporting across all projects

• Review project budgets weekly for pricing and risk assessment

• Analyze and present action plans based on job cost reports

• Prepare monthly progress draws and invoices for submission

• Enforce controls for approval workflows and invoice matching

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of Cost Controller experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• Strong budgeting and forecasting skills

• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel

• Excellent analytical and communication skills
