As a Senior Accountant at RLB LLP, you will take the lead in conducting audit and review engagements within diverse industries. A central part of your role will be mentoring junior staff and cultivating strong client relationships through your commitment to providing exceptional service. You will also assist team members in their pursuit of CPA designations through effective coaching and training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct audit reviews across various industries
• Coach and mentor junior accounting professionals
• Enhance client relationships through top-notch service
• Assist team members on their CPA journeys
Requirements:
• CPA designation or in progress
• Experience in public accounting, particularly in audits
• Knowledge of Caseware, Tax Prep, and Microsoft tools
• Excellent collaborative and client relationship skills
• Curiosity-driven approach towards problem-solving
