Position: Accounts Receivable Clerk at SV Law

In this role, you'll support daily financial activities by processing payments, assisting clients, and maintaining compliance with the Law Society of Ontario. Key Responsibilities:

• Process and record various client payment methods

• Respond to client inquiries about invoices and payments

• Review accounts receivable and manage outstanding balances

• Follow up on overdue accounts professionally

• Assist with monthly billing and provide backup support

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Accounting or related field

• Minimum one year of accounting experience

• Strong detail orientation and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Familiarity with accounting software is an asset
