As an Accounting Analyst, you will assist with professional accounting tasks and analysis for the Skyline Clean Energy Fund. Your work supports accounting functions across a privately managed investment fund focused on renewable and clean energy production. Key areas include variance analysis, financial reporting, tax remittances, and audit processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts
- Prepare monthly income statement variance analysis
- Process approved invoices through payment and filing
- Prepare HST remittances and federal tax installments
- Complete bank reconciliations and support audits
- Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Strong accounting, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Knowledge of auditing practices and principles
- Experience with accounting software such as Simply, Accpac, or Yardi
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
Support clean energy investments through accurate accounting, financial analysis, reconciliations, tax work, and reporting in Guelph.
