Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Admin Assistant
Our seasonal administrative posting is for a temporary contract position from March 2026 to April 30, 2026 in our Fergus office. Hours may fluctuate between part‑time and full‑time hours, including some evenings and Saturday mornings.
About You- Have ninja‑like organizational skills and can multi‑task and re‑prioritize like a pro.
- Demonstrate a high level of accountability and ownership working in a fast‑paced environment with little oversight.
- Be friendly and professional and comfortable interacting with clients in person and electronically.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office products and eager to learn new technologies.
- Be ready to build your career and learn more, with some prior administrative experience.
- Reception coverage including greeting clients, answering phones, handling couriers, etc.
- Printing and assembly of Personal Income Tax Returns.
- General filing.
- Other duties as assigned.
This position will work closely with accounting team members and other administrative staff.
