This full-time, in-person role requires maintaining executive calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts, and supporting various administrative tasks. You'll facilitate travel logistics, arrange meetings, and manage documents effectively. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential while working independently to address executives' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and monitor executive calendars efficiently
• Coordinate travel and meeting logistics
• Compile and manage company-wide data
• Take minutes during executive review meetings
• Manage company vehicle and coordinate events
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to translate Japanese to English is preferred
