This position focuses on accurate processing of donations and management of donor data, playing a crucial role in stewardship activities. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will maintain compliance with Canada Revenue Agency guidelines while ensuring donors receive the highest level of support throughout their engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately process various types of donations
• Maintain donor records in the CRM database
• Assist with planned giving and estate records
• Support fundraising activities and events
• Generate timely donor acknowledgment receipts
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Strong skills in Microsoft 360 Office suite
• Proven experience with donor data management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work occasional weekends and evenings
