Responsibilities
  • People who applied for this post are required to enter, track and manipulate data to support branch projects.
  • People are also appointed to plan and organise unit meetings, and trtrackrojects.
  • They’re also required at this post to lead and deliver unit-level administrative projects.
  • People working at this post are appointed to process financial transactions related to staff expenses, branch spending, vehicle costs and procurement in the branch working at this post.
  • They’re appointed to this post to support the branch administration team that applied for this post.
Requirements
  • Candidates must have communication skills to explain policies, procedures and reporting requirements.
  • They must be comfortable in presenting information to internal teams at meetings to be eligible for this post.
  • Candidates must have customer service skills to provide a variety of services to internal and external clients reliably and routinely in a highly responsive manner.
  • They must be able to support management in tracking multiple projects, following up on action items and providing status updates to team members to be considered as an asset for this post.
  • Applicants must have organisational skills to complete tasks and meet deadlines to be eligible for this post.
  • They must be able to reliably manage records, and track and retrieve information and data to be eligible for this post.
  • Candidates must have numeracy skills to support financial management, tracking and budgeting.
