This Full-Time Administrative Assistant position offers the chance to support the health team by managing patient interactions at the front desk. You will create and maintain patient charts, schedule appointments, and ensure effective communication with patients and families.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee front desk operations and patient phone duties
• Maintain electronic medical records and patient charts
• Book and manage patient appointments efficiently
• Ensure timely handling of inquiries and referrals
• Organize meetings and educational sessions for staff
Requirements:
• Certificate or diploma in Medical Office Administration
• Prior medical office experience is preferred
• Proficiency with Telus PS Suite is a plus
