Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure immediate access to patient records for healthcare teams
• Assist with order entry through Meditech
• Maintain a secure and organized filing system
• Coordinate necessary departmental activities
• Provide superior customer service interactions
Requirements:
• Certificate or diploma in Medical Office Administration
• Experience with Meditech systems
• Strong typing skills; 45 wpm minimum
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Proven ability to manage tasks effectively
