The Applicant Processing Coordinator for Undergraduate and Professional Programs will be responsible for handling applications via the Ontario Universities’ Application Centre (OUAC). You will manage applicant files across multiple admission streams, ensuring compliance with policies and timelines. Collaboration with Admission Counsellors and stakeholders is crucial in providing consistent, fair support to prospective students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process application documents and manage applicant files
• Support applicants through admission policies and procedures
• Aid in training work-study students for team operations
• Assist with recruitment events and operational priorities
• Contribute to reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Two-year community college diploma
• 18 months of relevant experience
• Commitment to in-person work at the University
• Availability for evening or weekend duties during peak times
• Strong judgement in handling sensitive inquiries
