Lot Attendant - Wellington Motors

Position

Lot Attendant at Wellington Motors, Guelph, ON. Full-Time, Immediate Hire.

Automotive Service Lot Attendant responsible for transporting customers, cleaning vehicles, and supporting service and sales departments.

• Transport customers and dealership personnel as needed.
• Perform building and grounds maintenance.
• Assist with daily organization and parking of vehicles for sale and service.
• Remove protective coverings and  before returning vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for stains, debris, and damage; report damage immediately.
• Assist with service write‑ups and tagging of customer cars and trucks.
• Assist with shop clean‑up and deliveries when needed.
• Clean vehicle exteriors based on seasonal needs (snow removal).
• Identify lot merchandising needs or issues to manager.
• Place signage on vehicles for advertising purposes.
• Monitor and organize vehicles daily during reconditioning process.
• Maintain lot tidiness (garbage clearing, etc.).

• High school diploma or GED.
• Interest in automotive industry and knowledge of vehicles.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Experience with cleaning products and tools, including power washers (asset).
• Dependable, reliable, with strong attention to detail and prioritization skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
