Parts Advisor

Parts Advisor - Pfaff Subaru, Guelph, ON N1K 0A4

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team at Pfaff Subaru in Guelph.

• Assist with receiving goods, checking and counting items unloaded from the suppliers and reporting any discrepancies to management.
• Assist customers in selecting required parts ensuring optimum customer service.
• Inform customers of companion part requirements and specials and ensure that the customer is exposed to the full product line.
• Answer phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
• Use company vehicle to drop off or pick up parts from suppliers/customers.
• Pick parts using picking ticket and deliver to technician’s workbench.
• Return all parts from workshop that are not needed or required by technicians.
• Perform other duties as required by the Parts Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.

• Experience in the automotive field.
• 3 years of working experience as a Parts Advisor.
• Valid Ontario Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract.
• Aptitude for numbers.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written English) and customer service skills.
• Detail oriented and excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.

• Competitive Compensation – salary ranging from $45,000 to $55,000.
