Experienced Parts Advisor - Pfaff Subaru

Pfaff Subaru in Guelph is seeking a dedicated Parts Advisor to enhance customer satisfaction. In this position, you'll assist customers with parts selections and ensure efficient inventory management.

Qualified applicants will have at least three years of automotive experience. You’ll be responsible for managing incoming goods, assisting customers with selecting the right parts, and facilitating technician deliveries. Your strong interpersonal skills will shine as you provide top-notch service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and check goods from suppliers for accuracy

• Guide customers in selecting the correct parts

• Notify customers about parts specials and requirements

• Handle phone inquiries with professionalism

• Pick and deliver parts efficiently to technicians

Requirements:

• 3 years experience as a Parts Advisor in automotive

• Valid Ontario Driver’s License required

• Strong numerical skills for inventory tasks

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with superb organizational skills
