Become a Service Advisor at Guelph Toyota and play a key role in customer service. Your focus will be on efficient communication between customers and our technicians.
This position involves recommending required services, managing maintenance requests, and ensuring that customers leave satisfied with their vehicle repairs. A valid driver’s license is needed, along with preferred automotive industry experience. Your dedication to documenting customer concerns accurately will ensure repairs are executed right the first time.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate customer inquiries regarding service and repairs
• Recommend and sell additional services to customers
• Ensure accurate documentation of service requests
• Communicate repair details and deliver completed vehicles
• Maintain a positive and efficient service team environment
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license required
• Experience in the automotive field preferred
