You will utilize your minimum 2 years of experience in a dealership to recommend necessary automotive services and handle maintenance requests. Accurate documentation of customer concerns is essential to guarantee proper repairs. You will also review completed work orders with customers for clarity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a communication bridge between customers and service technicians
• Document all customer concerns on the repair order
• Recommend suitable service and repair options to clients
• Ensure timely handling of scheduled maintenance requests
• Review vehicle work orders upon completion with customers
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license is required
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a service advisor
• Experience in the automotive field is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
• Capacity to work well in a supportive team environment
