Position: Magna Exteriors Program Manager Position
Lead complex automotive projects as a Program Manager at Magna Exteriors, where engineering meets innovation in an engaging and supportive environment. Use your skills to shape successful program deliveries.

You will be responsible for managing all facets of program builds, from budget to delivery, in this immediate opening. With 3-5 years of program management experience in manufacturing, your ability to coordinate across different departments will be essential. Handle APQP activities, troubleshoot issues, and present quality solutions to clients to enhance our automotive products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage program builds including cost and supplier coordination

• Conduct and document APQP activities and gate reviews

• Facilitate communication between teams for program updates

• Troubleshoot customer issues and validate designs

• Assist with new business quotes and requirements

Requirements:

• Engineering degree or equivalent required

• 3-5 years managing programs in manufacturing

• Knowledge of GD&T and moulding processes desired

• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

• Willingness to travel as needed
