Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers both in-person and via phone
• Schedule service appointments for optimal workflow

• Provide quotes for necessary repairs
• Update customers on vehicle status and additional work needed
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience as a Service Advisor
• Background in the automotive field
• CDK experience preferred
• Aptitude for numbers and attention to detail
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record
