Key Responsibilities:
• Create accurate estimates for vehicle repairs
• Communicate effectively with customers and insurance companies
• Ensure documentation is updated in ASE
• Facilitate seamless customer interactions and service
• Participate in safety meetings and ongoing training
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience in estimation
• Familiarity with Audatex and Mitchell systems
• Basic computer skills for DRP compliance
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
