Mammoet Canada Eastern Ltd. is hiring an experienced Contracts Manager to lead commercial contracts in Guelph, Ontario. You will manage complex contract negotiations and support regional operations through the contract lifecycle.
This role requires expertise in logistics and transport services, alongside a minimum of 5 years in construction or EPC contract administration. As you oversee both pre-award and operational phases, strong organizational and problem-solving skills are essential for effective client interaction and contractual management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on the review and negotiation of contracts
• Lead project kick-off meetings for contract deliverables
• Manage client relationships and contract transitions
• Identify and communicate commercial risks effectively
• Oversee dispute resolution and claims administration
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's in business administration or engineering
• 5+ years of experience in construction contract management
• Familiarity with unionized environments preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Adaptability to tight deadlines and complex project environments
