Drive workflow mapping and automation as Process Improvement Manager at the University of Guelph’s Ontario Agricultural College in Guelph. This temporary full-time role strengthens administrative operations.
Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, the manager reviews academic, human resources, financial, and operational processes. The position identifies improvements through standardization, best practices, continuous improvement, and automation. It also supports change adoption across the College.
Key Responsibilities:- Review administrative work across the Ontario Agricultural College
- Document procedures and map academic, human resources, financial workflows
- Evaluate processes and recommend standardized automated approaches
- Collaborate with stakeholders on workflow input and feedback
- Lead change management and supervise analytical technical support staff
- Undergraduate degree in business administration or related field
- Three years related experience with designation, certificate, or equivalent
- Leadership, supervisory, operational management, and change management experience
- Analytical, critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- SharePoint, Excel, Word, and Financial Reporting Systems proficiency
