Lead Claims change initiatives at CGIC using structured change management, communications planning, and stakeholder engagement in a hybrid work model.
As a temporary full-time Change Management Consultant, Claims, you will support initiatives across the Claims department. You will develop adoption activities, business readiness strategies, processes, and training plans. Your work will help Claims employees understand, adopt, reinforce, and sustain change while supporting business results.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead change management and communications plans
- Develop business readiness, process, and training plans
- Identify people-side risks and recommend mitigation actions
- Integrate change plans into Claims project plans
- Monitor and report readiness progress to stakeholders
- Three to five years of change management experience
- Three years of insurance or financial services experience
- Knowledge of Claims operations, processes, practices, or systems
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Prosci certification required; ACMP is an asset
