Shape strategic customer outcomes at Power School through executive communication, usage analysis, and cross-functional orchestration across complex organizations.
This Customer Success Manager role focuses on measurable value, customer health, and long-term partnership growth. You will translate Power School capabilities into district outcomes while coordinating Sales, Support, Services, and Product. The role serves executive sponsors and day-to-day stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead value-focused Executive Business Reviews with Sales
- Interpret usage, support, and sentiment signals for risk
- Advocate for customer insights and service improvements
- Coordinate internal risk and account reviews
- Maintain accurate CRM and customer success platform records
- Five-plus years managing strategic customer-facing relationships
- Experience with renewals, executive stakeholders, and strategic accounts
- Strong executive presentation and strategic planning skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities
Use executive partnership, customer advocacy, and data-informed planning to strengthen Power School relationships and measurable district outcomes.
