Concrete Foreman

Position: Concrete Foreman for Maple Reinders
Join Maple Reinders as a Concrete Foreman to lead teams in executing high-quality concrete projects across Dundalk and surrounding regions. Drive productivity and safety on the job site every day.

In this full-time position, you will oversee field operations while ensuring adherence to strict quality and safety standards. Leverage your strong background in concrete forming and finishing to effectively manage crew productivity and coordinate with other trades. This role involves active participation in safety meetings and close monitoring of all site activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations of concrete construction crews

• Plan work sequencing and coordinate equipment usage

• Interpret drawings and ensure compliance with specifications

• Enforce safety policies and maintain quality control

• Collaborate with Superintendents and Project Managers

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of concrete construction experience

• Previous experience as Lead Hand or Foreman preferred

• In-depth knowledge of concrete forming and finishing

• Capacity to perform layout and maintain tolerances

• Heavy civil or infrastructure experience is valuable
