Overview
Maple Reinders is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead field crews and oversee day-to-day concrete operations for projects in Bradford
, Wasaga Beach and surrounding areas. This role is responsible for safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of concrete work while meeting project schedules, productivity targets, and safety standards. The Foreman is hands-on, leads by example, and is accountable for both individual and crew performance.
- Supervise and lead concrete crews in daily field operations
- Plan and coordinate formwork, concrete placement, and work sequencing
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and shop drawings
- Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and to quality standards
- Enforce company safety policies and participate in daily safety meetings
- Monitor productivity, labour usage, and workmanship
- Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers, and other trades
- Complete accurate timesheets and ensure proper cost coding
- Oversee proper use of tools, equipment, and materials
- Minimum 5 years of concrete construction experience
- Previous Lead Hand or Foreman experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of concrete forming, placement, and finishing
- Ability to perform layout, verify elevations, and maintain tolerances
- Heavy civil or infrastructure experience is an asset
- Field-based role in active construction environments
- Physically demanding work in varying weather conditions
- Travel may be required depending on project location

- $46.76 - $49.14/Hour with a 10% foreman premium
