Overview
Master Builder | Full-Time | Guelph, ON. Seasonal contract position ending in summer 2026. This description references a signing bonus; details available upon request.
Responsibilities- Lead construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality, safety, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams; manage budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Oversee on-site activities, inspections, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Mentor and supervise project staff; communicate progress and issues to stakeholders.
- Proven experience as a master builder or senior construction manager.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and applicable regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Availability for seasonal contract work; ability to travel to project sites in Ontario.
Compensation varies by project; signing bonus details available upon request.
