As a Residential Estimator with Fusion Homes, you will take charge of accurate cost estimating and support the purchasing process within our innovative team. Collaborating with the Construction, Design, Sales, and Finance teams, you'll ensure precise project costing and efficient procurement of materials while promoting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare lot-specific cost estimates and purchase orders

• Conduct thorough quantity take-offs with precise accuracy

• Review plans and customer selections for feasibility

• Provide pricing analysis for upgrades and custom modifications

• Maintain comprehensive cost databases and vendor documentation

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Architectural Technology or related fields

• 3-5 years of experience in residential homebuilding

• Profound understanding of estimating and construction techniques

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimation software
