Field- Concrete Foreman

Position: Field-Based Concrete Foreman Role
Maple Reinders seeks a dedicated Concrete Foreman to manage field operations and lead crews in concrete work across Dundalk, Bradford, and Wasaga Beach. Ensure project success through strict adherence to quality and safety.

This challenging role requires a minimum of five years in concrete construction, providing leadership over field crews. You will coordinate formwork and concrete activities, ensuring efficiency and safety conform to project timelines. Effective communication with Superintendents and Project Managers will be essential in meeting productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise concrete crews in day-to-day activities

• Plan formwork and concrete sequencing accurately

• Interpret and utilize drawings and specifications

• Monitor productivity and adherence to safety protocols

• Ensure proper documentation and cost coding

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in concrete construction

• Preferred Lead Hand or Foreman experience

• Deep understanding of concrete processes

• Skilled in layout and maintaining elevation tolerances

• Heavy civil or infrastructure project experience is a plus
