Position: Residential Estimator for Fusion Homes
Join Fusion Homes as a Residential Estimator and play a key role in redefining future building. This position focuses on residential cost estimating, vendor coordination, and process improvement while fostering collaborative relationships.

As a detail-oriented Residential Estimator, you'll be part of the pre-construction team, reporting to the Manager of Purchasing & Estimating. The role demands strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of construction methods. You will engage with multiple teams, ensuring accurate project costing and seamless material procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage lot-specific cost estimating and purchase orders

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs with precision

• Review architectural plans for cost coverage

• Provide pricing for customer upgrades and modifications

• Support vendor tendering and pricing analysis

Requirements:

• Degree in Estimating, Architectural Technology, or related field

• 3-5 years in residential homebuilding

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating software

• Ability to read residential construction drawings

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
