Key Responsibilities:

• Manage lot-specific cost estimating and purchase order preparation

• Perform detailed quantity take-offs for material optimization

• Review architectural plans for cost coverage and constructability

• Provide pricing for customer upgrades and plan modifications

• Support vendor tendering and analyze pricing activities

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Estimating, Architectural Technology, or related field

• 3-5 years of relevant residential homebuilding experience

• Strong understanding of construction methods and estimating practices

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating software

• Attention to detail and strong stakeholder management skills
