Traveling Senior Coordinator at Peak Construction

Become a Senior Project Coordinator with Peak Construction Group, traveling throughout Ontario in a dynamic construction environment. This role features a 10 days on, 4 days off schedule, facilitating extensive project management.

As a key member of the project team, you will liaise with Project Managers and Superintendents, ensuring effective cost tracking and project documentation management. Your experience will help in navigating complex project demands and maintaining timely communication with all stakeholders. Expertise in commercial or institutional construction is necessary for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee RFIs, submittals, and change orders

• Work with supervisors to ensure project progress

• Manage change notices and documentation

• Assist in tracking project budgets and expenses

• Handle project schedule development and monitoring

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years in construction roles

• Relevant diploma, degree, or certification

• Solid understanding of construction drawings and practices

• Proven experience with project documentation

• Microsoft 365 proficiency required
