This role demands fluency in both English and French, with 3+ years of experience in credit, cash applications, or similar roles. You'll manage various collections tasks, assist with onboarding procedures, and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure customer success. A keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for managing your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide quick responses to collections inquiries
• Manage credit-hold orders accurately
• Process credit transactions and refunds daily
• Perform bank reconciliation tasks
• Collaborate with teams on customer issue resolution
Requirements:
• Must be bilingual in English and French
• 3+ years in credit or customer-facing roles
• Excellent organizational and detailed-oriented
• Strong communication skills in high-pressure scenarios
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
