As a Customer Care Representative, you will support our client's needs, focusing on compassionate and consultative service. This role allows full or part-time schedules, ideal for football fans and those seeking summer employment. Your primary tasks will include listening to customer inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and documenting interactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via inbound calls and chat

• Actively listen and identify customer needs

• Resolve issues with a consultative approach

• Use computer systems to research products and solutions

• Document customer interactions and outcomes accurately

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years of age

• Reside in Waterloo, Ontario, with work availability

• Flexible schedule between 6 AM to 10 PM EST

• Strong English communication skills, both oral and written

• Experience handling multiple computer systems
