Become a pivotal part of the YMCA of Three Rivers as a Membership Experience Representative in Guelph. This part-time position focuses on fostering community relations and enhancing member experiences.
You will be instrumental in ensuring member satisfaction by providing information on programs and memberships. The role involves conducting facility tours, managing daily operations, and acting as a connector within the community, promoting an inclusive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests
• Assist with membership and program registration
• Monitor facility activities and ensure safety protocols
• Handle administrative tasks, including member feedback logging
• Create a welcoming environment for diverse members
Requirements:
• High school diploma and one year of customer service experience
• Certification in CPR-C and AED
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Reliable transportation with a valid G driver’s license recommended
