Join Guelph Toyota as a Service Advisor and enhance customer satisfaction through outstanding service. Be the key link between our customers and technicians, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
As a Service Advisor, you will manage customer interactions, suggesting necessary repairs and handling scheduled maintenance requests.
Your role requires a minimum of 2 years of service advisor experience in a dealership. You will help ensure accuracy in service orders and provide clear communication upon vehicle delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main contact for customers regarding service requests
• Accurately document customer concerns for technicians
• Suggest and recommend additional services when appropriate
• Handle scheduled maintenance requests with care
• Review work done with customers at vehicle delivery
Requirements:
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• At least 2 years in a service advisor role
• Previous automotive industry experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a collaborative team setting
