Position: Guest Services Role at Great Canadian Gaming

Join Great Canadian Gaming this summer as a Guest Services Representative. Deliver exceptional customer service in a lively casino environment while supporting events and promotions.

Under the guidance of the Guest Services Supervisor, this role focuses on fostering a safe and welcoming atmosphere. You will engage with guests, provide them information on services, and promote loyalty programs. Your communication and problem-solving skills will be key in enhancing guest experiences and building great relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer calls on the guest services switchboard

• Greet guests and inform them about facility offerings

• Administer and promote the Elements Rewards program

• Support onsite event execution and entertainment

• Resolve guest inquiries and escalate when necessary

Requirements:

• High School Diploma is required

• At least 2 years of customer service experience

• Must be able to obtain a Gaming License

• Excellent communication and service skills

• Comfortable in a casino environment
