Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the guest services switchboard effectively

• Welcome guests in person, providing information

• Promote the Elements Rewards program enthusiastically

• Assist with various onsite events and promotions

• Collaborate with departments to meet guest needs

Requirements:

• High School Diploma

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

• Capability to acquire a Gaming License

• Strong service-oriented communication

• Able to thrive in a casino setting
