Position: Customer Service Representative at U-Haul
Join U-Haul in Guelph, Ontario, as a Customer Service Representative, supporting customers with exceptional service. This role involves assisting clients and maintaining equipment using advanced technology.

As a valuable team member, you will work directly with customers both inside and outside the U-Haul center. Key skills include operating U-Scan technology, managing rentals, and maintaining equipment. This position also offers ongoing training through U-Haul University to enhance your customer service expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with U-Haul products and services

• Use U-Scan technology to manage inventory

• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers

• Clean and inspect equipment, checking fluid levels

• Answer questions and prepare rental invoices

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with good driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to perform physical tasks

• Willingness to participate in training programs
