As an integral member of a 16-person team, the Associate partners with Investment Advisors to enhance service delivery for new and existing clients. The position involves proactive account management, contact service planning, and contributing to strategic initiatives. You will also gain exposure to various client scenarios, enhancing your service knowledge through hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary service contact for client inquiries
• Execute account openings and onboarding efficiently
• Manage account administration with compliance focus
• Partner to drive contact service plan execution
• Cross-train peers on service knowledge and practices
Requirements:
• 3+ years as an Associate
• IR Registered with CIRO
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
