Good Life Fitness is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative (Motivator) to enhance Member experiences at Guelph Pergola Commons. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service, interpersonal skills, and a knowledge of fitness. You'll assist Members, answer calls promptly, and handle inquiries with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet Members and check them in for workouts

• Handle incoming calls and schedule appointments

• Provide assistance on Fit Fix and Cardio machines

• Conduct Fit-Fix Starter sessions for new Members

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Club

Requirements:

• CPR-A & AED Certification required

• Smart Tan certification within 3 months

• Previous customer service and sales experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of fitness industry and services offered
