As part of Magna’s Exteriors group, this temporary position is aimed at improving customer support and satisfaction. You will be responsible for maintaining shipment accuracy, establishing trucking schedules, and promptly addressing any issues. Your passion for customer service and commitment to teamwork will drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate customer shipment paperwork and reporting

• Develop and maintain trucking schedules and follow up accordingly

• Monitor and communicate shipment status and risks effectively

• Immediate response to critical parts issues as they arise

• Manage internal and external customer requests efficiently

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12 education or equivalent

• Previous experience preferred in customer service/administration

• Familiarity with Mapics and Microsoft Excel necessary

• Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills

• Capacity to meet deadlines and work under pressure
