Wine Shop Sales Associate Position

The Wine Shop seeks dedicated sales professionals passionate about delivering superior service. Candidates should have at least two years of customer service experience and Smart Serve Certification. A knack for using computer-based point of sale systems and some flexibility in work hours is ideal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure outstanding customer service and satisfaction

• Assist customers with purchases and product inquiries

• Help with product shipments and merchandising tasks

• Accurately handle cash and balance the till

• Comply with Health and Safety regulations in the workplace

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

• Smart Serve Certification is required

• Experience with POS systems and cash handling

• Working knowledge of Windows applications

• Ability to lift 40 lbs consistently
