In this position, you will focus on client communication, ensuring smooth operations, and responding to inquiries in a timely manner. Your excellent problem-solving skills and tech-savviness will be key in managing schedules and assisting both clients and staff effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign visits to nurses and home support workers

• Process client referrals and respond to inquiries

• Handle scheduling adjustments due to staffing changes

• Work with the team to ensure quality care

• Maintain confidentiality of client information

Requirements:

• University or college education preferred

• Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling software

• Experience in logistics or healthcare preferred

• Customer service experience in a contact center is an asset

• Satisfactory Criminal Records Check required
