Saturdays 9:15 am – 12:15 p.m. as needed
Rate of Pay: $27.36 per hour

• Curriculum planning based on Unit Themes
• Classroom management
• Completion of all organizational duties associated with teaching class (attendance, class registers, certificates, lesson preparation)
• Supervision of students in classes and play areas
• Cooperative and collaborative planning with the International Language staff
• Ongoing communication with parents
• Participation in cultural events as determined by the program

• Fluency in language of delivery
• Qualifications and experience in second language acquisition would be an asset
• Experience with in a school and/or community environment involving school aged children
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Exemplary organizational, time and class management skills
• Appropriate pedagogical skills
• An understanding of cultural diversities
