Part-Time French Teacher

RCA School is seeking a qualified and passionate French Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis beginning September 2026
. The successful candidate will deliver engaging French instruction while fostering a structured, respectful, and supportive classroom environment.

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate French language lessons aligned with curriculum expectations
• Develop students’ speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in French
• Establish and maintain effective classroom management practices
• Create a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment
• Assess student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
• Differentiate instruction to support diverse learning needs
• Communicate professionally with school leadership and colleagues
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development as required
• Support and uphold the values and mission of RCA School

• Fluency in spoken French (written proficiency an asset)
• Classroom teaching experience with proven classroom management skills
• Experience teaching French to elementary or middle-years students is an asset
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a school team

• Part-time position
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM
• School-year role starting September 2026
