Creative Youth Service Worker Position

Get involved this summer in Guelph, ON as a Creative Youth Service Worker at our Drama Camps. This role is all about engaging youth through creative programming and community outreach.

We're seeking two enthusiastic Youth Service Workers for a rewarding 8-week summer program. This position will allow you to assist in planning and delivering dynamic drama camps while collaborating with children and other community stakeholders. Ideal candidates are creative, culturally sensitive, and have a genuine interest in working with youth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and facilitating Summer Drama Camp activities

• Support children in creative and storytelling sessions

• Help with props and set design for performances

• Assist with the Spirit Bundle Program logistics

• Collaborate with volunteers and community members

Requirements:

• Aged between 15–30 years for eligibility

• Effective communication and teamwork skills required

• Organized and reliable with a creative flair

• Culturally sensitive, especially towards Indigenous youth

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
