UGDSB ESL Instructor for Adults

UGDSB is offering a temporary part-time ESL/LINC Instructor position. You will provide instruction for the non-credit adult ESL program for 5 hours and 20 minutes weekly, primarily on Monday and Wednesday evenings. Candidates should be accredited by TESL Ontario and have proven skills in classroom management and curriculum development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate multi-level task-based language curriculum
• Oversee effective classroom management techniques
• Apply Canadian Language Benchmarks in lesson planning
• Produce and maintain reports on student progress
• Incorporate Google Classroom into teaching methods
Requirements:
• Active TESL Ontario accreditation
• Deep knowledge of Canadian Language Benchmarks
• Familiarity with LINC curriculum structure
• Proven experience in Portfolio Based Language Assessment
• Dedication to fostering student achievement
Lead impactful ESL lessons for adult learners at UGDSB.
