Position: Wellington Catholic Educational Assistant Opportunity

This full-time position requires compassion and commitment to support students with diverse needs. As part of a dedicated educational team, you will help implement individual education plans (IEPs) and foster student growth both academically and socially.

Your role is essential in maintaining a professional and supportive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and reporting on individual education plans

• Support daily student hygiene and physical activities

• Ensure confidentiality of confidential student information

• Facilitate communication and life skills for exceptional students

• Supervise students during lunch and other activities

Requirements:

• Experience as an educational assistant with prior boards

• Completed at least two years of post-secondary education in related fields

• Required to provide a Criminal Record Check upon hire

• Anticipated start on September 2, 2026

• Commitment to educational equity for all students
