In this role, you will be responsible for managing employer relationships and advocating for co-op students across Arts and Commerce programs. Your experience in marketing and career advising will help students develop essential skills while securing valuable work experiences. By analyzing labor market trends, you will ensure the success of the co-op program and student employment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain employer relationships for co-op engagement
• Market co-op opportunities across various sectors
• Analyze labor market trends and technology shifts
• Advise students on job search strategies and skills
• Deliver recruitment preparation workshops each semester
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in a related field required
• Minimum two years of relevant experience
• Strong communication and marketing skills
• Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
• Knowledge of labor markets and co-op education
